Aptitude + capacity = capability / human interaction = ?
This sight specific installation deals with the question of reason after obbendoment. The installation is created at the Herenstraat 72 in Groningen which was a former shopping centre. The space in specific was most likely the staff rooms kitchen and toilet. There where traces left of young lust induced romances through vulgair symbols of the wall and the leftover what was ones a functional kitchen. I started working with the notion of bodily memory and the effect concrete has on our bodies. I created large rocks trying to give more space to the space. Along the way it resulted in interaction trying to find new meaning to the now new created space. Releaving it from a human made function resulting in an function /no function space.
